In 2013, Joe Turner began exploring opportunities to utilize a long-held general contracting license to expand the Company’s service offerings, and in 2015 the Company received an opportunity to paint for KB Homes. The work was outstanding and consistent with the quality and performance of both Superior Drywall and Sierra Stucco. Other home builders became aware of the new service offering, and the Company’s reputation enabled SDC to be quickly and consistently successful. In only a few years, SDC has grown to painting nearly 1,000 houses per year.
